Born in Mobile, Alabama, Hara began taking classical guitar lessons from Diane Bault at age 8. She was a classical guitar
major at the University of South Alabama.
In 1991 she listened to the CD “Little Earthquakes” by Tori Amos, which led Hara to pursue her own compositions.
In 2002 Hara moved to Chattanooga, TN & plays at venues including the Hunter Museum, The Camphouse, Charles & Myrtles...
